Dennis was the grandad-in-law I never knew I needed. The sunniest soul you will ever meet. Full of life and love and laughter. I will be forever grateful for the time I was blessed to know him. You’ll be missed Dennis. Sam and I love you very much.

His full nature, like that river of which Cyrus broke the strength, spent itself in channels which had no great name on the earth.
